"The hotel is in a lovely location and close to transportation. It is a beautiful historic building on the outside, but the room desperately needs updating, i.e. curtains, carpet, kitchen, furniture, etc. The weather was warm when we were there and it was suffocating inside, especially since the window didn’t open."

"We had a beautiful and efficient room for two. The bed was over the kitchen and the suite was south facing over South Bridge street. Excellent location only minutes from the Royal Mile and great restos and pubs. The only down side is its not cheap!"

"What a peaceful stay! Princes street suites was a relaxing place to go, even in the busy atmosphere! Adjacent to literally everything. 5 minute walk from new town, 5 minutes to old town and the royal mile, 15 minute walk to the Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s seat, adjacent to parks, restaurants, and 3 minutes away walking from an incredible monument on a hill. A bus stop is right outside the door too! "
