"Staffing was great everywhere (lobby, restaurant, fitness center, room cleaning). I stayed for 7 nights. Even when a front desk lady called Chang Gung Golf Club for me, to make it easy for me to golf. The whole atmosphere was great."

"No complimentary coffee, no tooth brush, shower cap, when I ask for it, I got charged for NT 10$ . They also charge fees for the airport shuttle, it turns out a taxi, we paid even more than we call taxi ourselves."

"Staff was very rude during check-in and rushed through the entire process refusing to elaborate on answering our questions. Upon entering the room, the non-smoking room smelled smokes and very humid. The floor was not maintained well with old carpets. After a few minutes, we realized the air conditioning was not working. When we asked to move to a different room, the staff said the air-conditioning issue affected the entire hotel building and only offered to send a fan to our room. We sweated...

"The hotel was near the airport and made it ideal to stay there the night before an early morning flight. It is also connected to an amazing aquarium, an outlet mall and a food court. There is a Family Mart and another grocery store across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful at the hotel itself. The rooms were spacious. My only complaint is that the carpets really need to be replaced. There were three large stains on the carpet in our room and stains in the hallway as well."
