"Over all I really enjoyed my stay here. It was close and convenient to both ferry's to Kelley's Island and Put in Bay. Pool was nice. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay. Last day of our stay they were out of most of the options we wanted. We stayed for 5 days, and my understanding was that we would get housekeeping after night three (day four). But we'd requested new towels on day three and not received any other housekeeping services. Room was decent size. However there were not enough plugs near the bed and our phones do not take USB chargers anymore. So we had to utilize the bathroom outlets to charge devices. Was also surprised there was not an in room microwave (never stayed at a hotel that didn't so I didn't even think to look at the room amenities). So we had to go downstairs to use the community microwave. "
