Bank Holiday weekend booked fora spa weekend and the salon was shut the entire time of our stay. Disappointing. "It was my third stay and Frimley Hall provided excellent experience as always. Great massages, helpful staff, serene surroundings. Would be great to see wider choice of wines and spirits in the bar - many wineries, breweries and cider producers in the area but nothing close to local at the bar."

"Second time of visiting. Lovely place and always lovely staff. Room is beautiful but cleaning standards could be better. Thick dust on the top of the shower and glass shelves. The bath has a dirty rim where the overflow is. The skirtings have a lot of dust. We love this place and would stay again but think they need to address the cleaning."
