"The room was spotless. Superb hotel shower. Staff was unfailingly polite. Check in took a while because there were many people waiting. Very good breakfast buffet with a variety of savory, healthful, and sweet items. The bed was extremely firm and the blanket was wide enough for 1.5 people but not 2. And we are not very big or heavy. "

"Wonderful location a block from the lakeside promenade and a block from cobbled pedestrian street Maximilianstrasse. Well constructed and cozy rooms and a cute breakfast area. Somehow I missed that breakfast was included - would have been good to mention more prominently. Also difficult to figure out the room heat and A/C system. Minor points!"
