"The property was in a generally good state of repair and presentation, with the only area in need of attention being the shower cubicle . The dining area in the kitchen was tight for four adults. However, most things are provided and to a good standard. The garden room was a nice bonus and the off road parking was necessary as the road was quite narrow. "This was our second visit to the hotel and we can't wait for a third trip. From the moment you arrive you feel like you are a VIP and Mark the concierge is amazing, such an asset to the hotel. After being welcomed with a glass of fizz and a tour of the hotels facilities Mark leaves you to relax at your own pace, he even shows you to your room once it is ready. The suite with hot tubs are unreal, we haven't stayed anywhere like it anywhere else. The restaurants and cocktail lounge are all fantastic and the spa is a very laid back relaxing area where you feel at ease instantly. Food was gorgeous, we had tapas in the cocktail lounge for lunch, the evening meal in Mizumi was gorgeous and breakfast was excellent. We can't wait to stay again. Thank you all."
