You get the comfort & convenience of being together in the same the location while still maintaining privacy between these single level homes.

- The Owl's Nest - Enjoy a custom LED Sand Art installation that you not find anywhere else that creates new designs each time you move it. 2 queen beds, 1 full bathroom with shower and tub, full kitchen with everything needed to cook, reclining couch, washer/dryer, FREE high speed internet, many vintage original Nintendo games, large TVs in living room and one bedroom, fireplace, Pack ’n Play crib.

There is ample parking onsite for larger groups or people traveling with larger vehicles with trailers. Both houses are located between the heart of Downtown Lincolnton & the retail district. A quick 3min drive to downtown will drop you in the center of town where there are many unique local shops and restaurants.

Enjoy each of the Roku enabled TVs where you can add any of your favorite streaming apps. There are also numerous FREE channels provided on each TV and the home has some assorted board/card games too!

Comfortably accommodates 8 adults but kids are welcome too! For those traveling with little ones there are 2 portable folding cribs in the home and high chairs can be provided upon request free of charge. There are also kid friendly utensils, plates and cups.

The kitchens are fully equipped and have both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with several complimentary coffee blends to get you started. You will also find integrated USB-A and USB-C charging outlets in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. All you need is your cable!

There are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, some complimentary laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner for your convenience. The closets have hangers and there is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in each home.


Important Information:

- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) to last for the first few days of your stay depending on guest count.
- Safety Features: For your peace of mind, each home is equipped with several smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher & first aid kit. There are security cameras in the outdoor common areas.
- EV Charger: Level 2 Tesla EV Charger with a NACS-style plug is available for your use.
- Property Notice: This home is part of a very small multi-unit short and mid-term rental complex which is surrounded by privacy fencing with open access to a large common driveway.
