"We both said we are going back as the property had everything we needed for a couple 5* just when you tried to connect to internet you had to pay for it but over all nice place to stay "

"The only thing that there was no parking outside the property we had to park in the street behind the ship inn pub for the 4 day stay so we didnt get ticketed. But besides that overall pleasant enough and only 10 min walk into the town at the top end near the seal sanctuary. "

"Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"This caravan is so lush!!! Clean, tidy, neat and spacious!!! The veranda is an absolute sun trap ALL day!!!! And I mean all day!!! Very well located and easy to find on the site. The owner Carl communicates quickly. Defo booking again!! Bonus that you can book a few days rather than the usual caravans that you have to book in week blocks. Winner for me and my solo trips"

"The apartment was lovely and clean and very spacious just what we needed for our family! The location was just great being so close to Chapel, Butlins and Skegness. The staff were lovely and friendly aswell. The price was fantastic for a week in August! We definitely will be returning at some point."
