There are so many bars, restaurants, spas, etc. within a walking distance. Hop in your car and you can find anything you want in a matter of minutes. Eric, your host, is a great guy. Kitchen is wonderful and spacious and would probably be great to cook in, but we chose to eat out all week. Lighthouse restaurant on premises had a gorgeous bay/marina view and really great food. "Arrived to an apt that was so damp and humid that the carpet was wet to walk on. Problem not resolved after several days so trip was cut short. Although host provided a partial refund, I felt I was due additional amount."
