The pool guy wouldn't let anyone into the pool until 9:15AM and proceeded to be the rudest person to the guests. He wouldn't even let me put down my towels and phone before he was yelling at me to shower before getting into the pool. He also harassed guests about using the hot tub for several minutes.

Older property with quite a few Owners living onsite. Three floors and no elevator. Which is too bad because the third floor has a fantastic view. The lack of an elevator will make me think twice before staying there again. Overall though it was a nice stay.
