Welcome to Unit 101 at D Sands Condominiums! This is a privately owned studio condo nicknamed "Highwave 101" after our proximity to coastal Highway 101. Highwave 101 boasts a comfortable 432 square feet, making it an ideal studio for a couple or small family. You'll have your own amazing ocean view through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio to help you access the beach from an easy, private staircase entrance.

This studio condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 people, with a queen bed and a full-size murphy wall bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Highwave 101 comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized appliances and a small dining table to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your own condo.

Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, as well as an indoor pool, are provided by our HOA, The Unit of Association Owners. D Sands Condominiums also is proud to offer its own easy and private beach access, to allow guests to take full advantage of our oceanfront location.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, as well as a wine bar, Chinese food and more! Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, are a short drive away, and there are many more places to discover while you stay!

This location is a nature lover's paradise, where a 15-20 minute walk down the beach to the north takes you to natural tide pools filled with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River. The D River has a unique status as the shortest river in the world (seriously!). The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides an even easier access to the beach, with a gradually sloping entrance.

Small is beautiful, especially when your coastal stay comes complete with endless beach views, access to the condominium pool, and proximity to everything Lincoln City has to offer! Your vacation is a reservation away...

Unfortunately the unit needed attention. Main appliances need replaced. Carpet needs to be cleaned.We've stayed many times over the years at DSands with great accommodations. Disheartening to give DSands 2 stars.Maybe next time will be better.Regards,Maureen

Parking notification not adequate. Mess Be to your place several times over the years and loved it. View to die for. Office hours too short.

The parking is not good. The stovetop didn't work on all burners and didn't have the proper inserts for the burners. The room was nice, carpet a little dirty but nothing horrible. The view was great. The people above us kept feeding the birds which caused a mess from the birds. I would stay again, nice central location to do sightseeing. In general, We had a great time.
