This cozy privately owned studio condo has amazing ocean views and a ground-level patio for relaxing and listening to the waves. This condo can easily sleep up to 4 people on a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and it features a walk in shower. Full-sized appliances grace the fully stocked kitchenette, making it easy to have a private oceanfront dining experience at your convenience.



The Space:

Unit 111 boasts a stairway to private beach access, nearby restaurants, and an indoor pool. This cozy privately owned studio condo has amazing ocean views and a ground-level patio for relaxing and listening to the waves. This condo can easily sleep up to 4 people on a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and it features a walk in shower. Full-sized appliances grace the fully stocked kitchenette, making it easy to have a private oceanfront dining experience at your convenience.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This 2 bed beachfront studio was absolutely perfect for my adult daughter and me, and i can see it being amazing for a group of 4 girlfriends. The location was incredible- right on the beach- just a short stairwell to toes in sand. We even saw a bald eagle on the beach! Lincoln city is adorable, and we could walk to one of the most Delicious restaurants in town. High recommend!
