This dog-friendly Lincoln City condo lets you enjoy a getaway to the Northern Oregon Coast with the family and friends that matter most, and even offers partial ocean views and nearby beach access!

This Sandstone Point condo for six is just a short drive from plenty of great restaurants, and about a two-block walk from seven miles of beautiful beachfront, which you can admire from afar thanks to your private balcony!

Step inside from the balcony and relax in the living room, which features a leather futon and warm fireplace. From music streaming on the WiFi to cable on the flatscreen TV, you're sure to stay entertained!

When you're tired of dining out, the expanded kitchenette's stove, microwave, mini-fridge, and small sink are here for simple meals and reheating leftovers! You can take in your food by the gas fireplace or outdoors on the shared picnic tables.

Four guests (and your dogs,) can use this home's two bedrooms and single bathroom. Kids will love the living room's futon, while adults have the queen-size bed in one room, the other features a double bed. Shower in the bathroom and get ready to explore!

Amazing spot for people who like to explore and just need a cozy spot to rest at night! Only two minor things that could be done to make this spot perfect! Needs a couch for two and the bed in the front room really needs to be replaced. Other than that this place was perfect for us.

It just wasnt clean! Worst beds ever! Very disappointing for a Vacasa property! The pictures are also not accurate, the lovely tables on the large deck overlooking the Ocean are gone! Instead it's a empty deck with no where to relax! We rented 2 units with plans to eat here as a family! Instead we ended up having to leave to eat as a family! We won't be back and will keep to what we know and Love in Lincoln City 😞

The floors were dirty. The sliding door to the deck was too hard for my mother and son to open or close. The space is very stuffy/humid, so you need to open windows for some air flow. Only the windows have no screens so flies, moths, and other flying pests were all over. The mattress of the full bed needed to be replaced five years ago. The foam pad they have on it, does not fix the problem. There was dog poop everywhere. Just to name a few issues. I expected better of a Vacasa rental.

Two bedrooms with a full kitchen - terrific. I am not a neat freak, but this unit is dirty. Smashed insect by the bathroom mirror. Brown stains in toilet. Very difficult to open the sliding glass door - sand and more in the track. No window screens. Broken hooks in the ceiling. Threadbare sheets. Oven - no pot holder. Outside hallway has cracked and broken floor tiles. No beach view or easy beach access. Do not recommend this unit or any other at Sandpoint.

Our main purpose was to go to the beach and have close beach access, at an affordable cost. The room was clean and we loved that there was a kitchen with a stove top, microwave, & small refrigerator and freezer, as well as pots and pans to cook with and plenty of plates, bowls, utensils both to eat and cook with. There was soap and a sponge, as well as a drying rack to be able to wash and dry our dishes. (We were able to bring our own food to cook, which helped us to save some money as well.) There were two bedrooms with a joining bathroom. One of the mattresses was a little saggy, but still did the job. There were clean linens and towels, as well as some soap, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom. All the things were thought about. There was a TV, but there seemed to be only one channel, and no way to change it. We are a little old school so we were hoping that there could have been a DVD player (lol). It did look like there were some option to hook up some other devices to the TV, but we did not have anything to do that. So if you are interested in making use of the TV, I would be sure to bring something to hook up to the TV yourself. All in all, these accommodations were perfect for what we needed and wanted since most of our time was spent at the beach. If you are looking for more than a motel accommodation, then I would advise you to look elsewhere.

Beds are hard to the point we left a day early because no one slept. Broken blinds, thin walls so you can hear everyone and everything. Not enough plug ins or they are in a weird spot, furniture looks like it was from the goodwill and no tvs in the bedrooms. Had a dog bark constantly from 6:30- 4pm. Waste of time and money. I want a refund!!!!!

There was no cable remote the first day we were there. The gfic plug in the kitchen had no cover, nore did an outlet in the second room. I wiped a damp paper towel across the floor and it turned black from poor cleaning. The corner of the second room and ceiling edge had cracks most of the way around. Three of the sets of blinds were broken.

The place was dirty- gum stuck under table, fireplace mantle was sticky to the touch, dishes and utensils needs to be washed before used. None of the windows and sliding door have screen, it allow bugs and fly coming through when trying to aired home. Dog hair were everywhere, we did not have any pets. Carpet was so dirty that our bare feet turned black. TV have only 1 channel- Discovery Channel with re-run throughout the 5 days stay. Internet was horrible, best was in the first bedroom and in/out everywhere else. The beds are horrible- they squeak and caved in the middle. This place is not recommended for those with young kids due to dirty carpet and open outlets. It have a musty smell. This is probably one of the worst home we every rented. Not a good way to end our summer. PS, there's no view to the beach- this is a false advertisement on the listing. Picture is misleading, living area is very small.

No ice cube trays in freezer. No drain stop in kitchen sink, so difficult to wash dishes. Hoping that there would be a barbeque, but there was not one. Was clean and comfortable for the three of us plus dog. A little noisy at night with comings and goings which is difficult with a dog.

Filthy. Horribly ancient and uncomfortable furniture. Dirty sheets. Black mold in bathroom. All got bug bites in bed. No ocean view. No on-site management. Dumpster divers going through trash at night, yelling and spreading it around. Stained walls, stained carpets, sticky counters and floors. Complete rip off.

We were happy to have found this place open during Labor Day weekend. It was a short walk downhill to beach. There were just a few issues such as heat lamp/fan not working in bathroom which may be contributing to the mold growth above shower head, dingy walls, spiderwebs/dust/pet hair along floorboards, vents, and behind beds. Could use an overall good deep cleaning and some maintenance considering the fees and price we paid. Strong dog smell throughout the place that got better next day but as it’s pet friendly just be prepared for that. Not all outlets functional. All in all it worked okay for 2 adults and 2 kids but needs deep cleaning and maintenance.

There is some maintenance that needs to be done, some of the plug-in outlets don’t work, the outlets don’t have covers to them, light fixtures are starting to drop out of the ceiling, the door of the mini fridge is on the wrong side making it very inconvenient to put groceries in. Overall it met our needs for the weekend, close walk to the beach and is a relatively cheap place to stay that close to the ocean.

The beach is a close walk and beautiful sunsets. The beach view from the room is almost nonexistent but thats okay because you should be on the beach instead of sitting inside. Has everything you need to enjoy a little get away... that being said.. the walls and floors are super thin, like very thin. The squeaky door to get into the building I could hear everytime it opened and I was the furthest unit away from it on the first floor. You can easily hear people's normal conversations in the hall while going to their rooms. Some noise and even loud conversations is to be expected on a busy weekend but it was as if people were outside my bedroom door. All and all for the price and on a weekend they should have been full months in advance (booked my memorial weekend stay about 5 weeks out) it was just fine as I was basically just there to sleep. They are dog friendly although I didn't bring mine. So thats a bonus. If youre looking for the same things I was you'll be just fine.

It was an awful place to stay! The shower didn’t work, the blinds were broken, no additional blankets, light fixtures coming out of the wall, sliding glass door hardly opened or closed, the paint didn’t match at all on touch up repairs. It was like staying in a crack shack.
