"The unit is in good condition, with up-to-date appliances, and is cute and comfortable. Some appliances, like the touch-sensor kitchen faucet and lamps in the bedroom were slightly baffling at first, but we got used to them. The wall mounted smart TV is HUGE. It's in sort of a "mixed-use" neighborhood, which has a little bit of a weird vibe, but it's really quiet at night, which is a plus. Our only complaints: the King bed takes up most of the bedroom space and ends up being a bit awkward to...

"What a gem! My family and I loved our stay here; the apartment is wonderfully appointed, and decorated beautifully throughout. We had everything we needed, with soft, comfortable bedding, an absolutely gorgeous kitchen (seriously, I want to take this kitchen home with me!), great bathrooms, and a comfortable living room with enough seating for all of us. It’s situated within walking distance or a quick drive of everything we needed. The host is a great communicator, and I can’t think of anything...

The shower was big and had a good water flow.For a week stay, more towels would be appreciated. The neighborhood is very walkable and has restaurants nearby. I would recommend the apartment"

"New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville."

"Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend"

"This upstairs unit is a spotless, snug apartment in a central location to all Sacramento has to offer. Cautions - This is a building from the 1890s. The off street parking is a plus, but be warned, it is as narrow as advertised. The interior stairs are steep and a bit irregular. We didn't have a problem, but thought they were worth mentioning. There aren't any extra blankets and no heat in the front bedroom unless you leave the door open to the living room. The back bedroom (converted porch)...
