"The building was in disrepair, carpet worn and dirty looking, main light in our room was very dim, bed was ok, shower floor and ceiling appeared to have mold. A child was running around and jumping upstairs directly over our heads for four hours, a large sounding dog kept barking in the middle of the night and continental breakfast was only biscuits, gravy and a hard boiled egg which my wife cannot have as she has alpha gal. The host/check in guy did give us an apple, banana and granola bar when we asked about it though and he seemed hospitable."

"This property was immaculate and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious. The beds were comfortable, and we had no problems with anything in the room working, including temperature issues. The happy hour/welcome food, besides being free, was ample and I made a dinner out of it. The breakfast had good selections. We didn't have the chance to check out the pool or hot tub, but used the gym, which wasn't the best hotel gym we've seen but pretty good."

"The main problem we had was that there was leftover food in our fridge. It was on the top shelf and old. We opened it to figure out what it was and the smell was horrible. The fridge was unusable. The smell stayed in the area by the fridge (the entrance) We did not want to leave it the trash in our room either, as the smell was wafting. The blind had a giant rip in it, which allowed for the light across the from the window, to shine directly into the eyes of the person laying in bed. Everything else was fine. The property was in a very odd location, but was easy to get to, The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well maintained. The eating area was clean. The hotel itself was clean."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Outside the room, however, the place seems to be falling apart -- chipped paint, soiled floors, cracked and worn concrete. It made me wonder if Hilton is planning to either shut the place down or completely redo it. My guess is that they do pretty well on football weekends, but not the rest of time -- too many newer competitors within a block. Also, $4 for lobby coffee. Really?"
