"The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was given a room right next to the pool, with a loud system right outside the door. I immediately requested a room change and they were very kind and gave me a much quieter spot. Definitely call before and request a room away from the pool. It might also be helpful to request a room that overlooks the mountains and not the garden. The garden side is basically a wall of greenery, it’s nice but there’s no view or direct sunlight. This was one of the few places where the pictures are 100% accurate. My hotel room was cute, clean and comfortable. The restaurant has vegan options but is not vegan. This was a bit of a bummer because Im vegan and I ate most of my meals there. The menu was also the same everyday. So it became a bit “meh”. I went solo and I was not prepared for how terrifying the drive there would be. I rented a car and followed the instructions they emailed the day before. I do wish they’d e-mail that much earlier and more than once, I’m a planner and had printed directions in case my gps didn’t work only to find out from that email that the gps would likely be wrong and I didn’t have access to a printer. It added a bit of anxiety. The area is all blind turns and narrow roads, so be prepared! During 1 excursion I ended up on a 1 lane dirt road on a cliffside, I almost started to cry 😭 BUT I made it and you (probably) will too:) The pool was great and I got a massage that was lovely. Overall it was great! "

"The property has the most incredible view. The beds were comfortable and Elizabeth, property manager, is so sweet and helpful. Yhe beach is really clean and hardly anyone on it. Plenty of kitchen needs and coffee was provided as well. Cooler and beach chairs were a bonus. Some wishes: more curtains in master bedroom, very bright; hand rails for older adults in the pool, and a walk way to the beach as it was hard on the feet because sand had rocks and other debris. "

"Recomiendo este hotel ya que es bueno bonito y barato, es excelente tiene desayuno incluido y las piscinas excelentes, mi única crítica son las habitaciones de la parte superior ya que las paredes de las habitaciones no son en cemento escuchas todo, lo que pase en la habitación del lado lo escuchas lo que pasa en el pasillo lo escuchas y si te toca en las escaleras principales olvidate que lo menos que vas es a descansar si es que eso buscas, por lo demas es muy bueno."

"This property has everything you could need for any length of stay, and if it was lacking anything, Nelson took care of it. There is plenty of room, plenty to cook with and an amazing pool and spa to chill in. Hanging out with friends & family outside is so easy and comfortable. The air conditioners in the bedrooms make sleeping so nice & if you want an expert to take you and your group on a tour of almost anyplace on the island, Nelson does that - and at a great rate!! If we ever get back to Puerto Rico, we'll definitely come back! "
