"What an amazing location. The boat from La Pavona was great thanks to transportation Smith where we were able to choose better arrival and departure times than the lodges own which they told us a week before we arrived that we could not use. However this definitely did not distract from the great staff, friendly welcome, good food and excellent location. We walked into the village which is a must and had a good lunch at a soda. Our morning and afternoon trips into the rain forest were fantastic and the guide was outstanding. The evening walk was our least favourite but still worth doing. Would definitely recommend as a great place to go."

"This place was simply a paradise, they do everything they can to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one. I rarely want to return to a resort as my trips are more towards exploring, but this place needs to be enjoyed more than once. We stayed in a room with a private pool that surpassed our expectations, the room was well-equipped and the front desk accommodated any additional needs. The pool and the deep soak tub were an excellent way to end our day."

"This place was amazing.. the pictures Travelocity has doesnt do the place justice. The staff soooo friendly they go abvoe and beyond..not just one or two but all the staff. They have a turtle pond to see turtles and fish as well as frogs. Their cat oreo is so sweet and a fun addition for guests. We were able to see about 4 sloths on the property. The maintenence staff always kept an eye and then showed the guests where they were making the experience really nice. Not one problem w this place.. beautiful lovely, chill, fun things to see, great suggestions of what to do from staff.. we really loved this place and had a great experience. They furthermore provided a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival and a token for another drink when we were ready. "

"Limón has a distinct, authentic vibe which is more relaxed yet still friendly and welcoming. Passersby on the street will say hello and take the time to chat or point out local attractions. It seems like a pricless time capsule to Costa Rica before big tourism arrived. Park Hotel is great. Breakfast is delicious and available early. Gorgeous views of the Limon waterfront area, located in a walkable neighborhood a few blocks from the MEPES/Caribeños bus stations, restaurants, and the city beaches with chill bars to have a beer and interact with the cities residents."

"Beautiful property with the ocean just a few yards away. The grounds were filled with amazing plants and animals--howler monkeys, tucans, dart frogs, agouties--and while the ocean could be a bit rough, the tide pools were sandy bottomed and deep enough to swim in without being hit by waves. Fabulous all around!"

"Had an amazing two nights stay here. Wish it would have been longer. In a. Wry cozy private culdesac. Convenient walk to the main Puerto Nuevo strip. Room is pleasant, comfortable and very clean."
