"We booked a "Superior Room, Balcony and Bath", overlooking the plaza below. The 4th floor room was good, and quiet enough for sleeping. The mattress was not as good as at other Mercure hotels we stayed at in France: it didn't have that extra soft padding layer on top that the others did. Breakfast was good. No evening restaurant though, and room service for dinner consisted of reheated jars of food, not quite what we expected. Do NOT order the room service!! Parking was under the hotel,...

"No nos gustó"

"The hotel was very clean in a good area. Parking was easy. The staff were very polite and efficient and the breakfast was excellent."

"Fantastic hotel in this small city. My partner and I stayed here for two nights as a small stopover on our journey around France. We specifically stayed here as we were visiting Oradour-sur-Glane. I was driving a hire car, but had forgot to book parking, but the staff were so accommodating and sorted me out a parking space. The room was clean and comfortable. We explored Limoges during the day, and the hotel was ideally located near the centre as well as close to bars and restaurants. The...

"Staff was kind and considerate. No WiFi available at the hotel for well over a week. While I am sure that no WiFi is beyond the control of the staff, the corporate management could have sent a message to the hotel customers explaining the issue and the timeframe for getting it back into operation. Kyriad is not a “small” hotel chain."

"Literie en excellent état"

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de Paris. Check in was easy and we had a good size room. The decor was very good and the breakfast was excellent. Air conditioning would have been good"

"We arrived very late at night and the communication from the hotel by email was excellent. The provided instruction on how to obtain entry to the room and it worked perfectly. The only small downside us parking. They have very adequate parking, but if you are late in arriving the spaces are very limited and poor parking by other guests made it even more difficult."

"Bien"

"We used this hotel for a brief one night stay, after a visit to the devastated village Oradour-sur-Glane. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was that the information provided on Expedia says that parking is available. In our experience this did not mean on-site or hotel-managed parking. It meant that we were welcome to find street parking ourselves and pay Limoges for the privilege. This worked fine for us. Guests just need to have...

"Cet hôtel est très bien situé, proche de l'autoroute, en pleine verdure donc tranquille. Une belle terrasse où on peut manger et prendre l'apéro. Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel est agréable et très professionnel."
