"The hotel was great. Very clean, modern, and breakfast was good. Would stay there again. Some minor complaint is that our key card kept having issues where it wouldn't unlock the door. In addition, when I called reception from my room to ask about laundry service, they put me on hold and I waited then they hung up. So I just went downstairs myself and spoke to another staff who was able to help. Again, very minor but overall I liked the hotel and would stay again."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were trying to help me when my tour agent could not find me and called the hotel. The breakfast was great, many varieties and it's great for the people like me visiting Peru first time. I love this hotel and will come again."

"Everything was great! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made our stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to include breakfast with the room, as it would be a nice addition instead of charging an extra fee. Overall, I really liked the hotel and would stay there again. Thank you!"
