GENERAL RULES
1. All communication must take place exclusively through Airbnb messages. Our customer service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
2. Before booking, make sure to select the correct number of guests. The total number cannot exceed the property's maximum capacity.
3. Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed to enter the property.
4. Minors are only allowed when accompanied and supervised by their parents.
5. If you need a crib (pack and play), please request it in advance.
CHECK-IN INFORMATION
1. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
2. When booking, you must provide a photo of each guest’s ID or passport prior to check-in. As per Supreme Decree No. 011-2024-IN, we are required to register foreign guests with the immigration authorities.
3. Upon first arrival at the building, please identify yourself at the reception with a valid ID or passport to access the property.
VISITOR POLICY
1. Visitors are only allowed between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
2. To authorize entry, send the full names and ID numbers of each visitor in advance, during our customer service hours.
3. The total number of people (guests + visitors) must not exceed the property's maximum capacity.
4. Overnight stays by visitors are not allowed — only registered guests may sleep in the property.
PET POLICY
1. One pet (dog or cat) is allowed per reservation, with a weight limit of 18 kg (40 lbs).
2. To keep the space fresh for everyone, please keep pets off the beds and furniture. Extra cleaning fees may apply if needed.
3. Pets must be supervised, kept on a leash in common areas, and not left alone for extended periods to prevent barking or noise.
4. In accordance with Peruvian law, breeds considered dangerous are not allowed.
DURING YOUR STAY
1. Parties or social gatherings are strictly prohibited. Penalty: $300 USD
2. Excessive noise is not allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Penalty: $150 USD
3. Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and/or any drug use) is not permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas like balconies or terraces. Penalty: $150 USD
4. The use of illegal drugs, narcotics, or psychoactive substances is strictly prohibited. Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed for guests of legal age. Penalty: $150 USD
5. Filming or photography for commercial, promotional, or academic purposes is not allowed without prior approval. A usage fee applies and depends on the property and group size.
6. Do not hang clothes, sheets, or towels on windows, balconies, patios, or terraces.
7. Do not dispose of paper, solids, or any non-dissolvable materials in sinks, toilets, or drains.
8. Do not stick or hang decorations, posters, or balloons in the property or building.
9. Delivery drivers are not allowed inside the building. All orders must be received at the street entrance.
10. Do not use elevators or walk in common areas with wet feet or shoes.
11. Do not share or publish any content that compromises the safety or privacy of the building or property.
12. Nudity is not allowed near open windows, balconies, or terraces.
13. Common areas like the lobby or reception can’t be used as a hangout spot before check-in or after check-out.
CHECK-OUT REMINDERS
1. Turn off all lights and appliances before leaving.
2. Make sure to take all your belongings. Any forgotten items will be stored for 30 calendar days. After that, they will be donated or discarded. We do not offer shipping services. Perishable food and beverages will be discarded immediately.
FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
1. Be respectful to neighbors and building staff. Follow quiet hours and respect shared spaces.
2. The reception staff don’t work for Geko. Any issues must be reported directly through Airbnb.
3. Any extra costs caused by deep cleaning, damage, repairs, or replacements must be covered by the guest responsible for the booking.
4. Any loss of income due to cancellations, discounts, refunds, or delays caused by a late check-out from a previous guest will be charged to the guest responsible.
5. Any fines issued to Geko or the property owner by the building administration or local authorities due to guest misconduct will be the guest’s responsibility.
6. Not following the rules may result in booking cancellation according to Airbnb’s policy.
