Stay in one of the most central areas of Surco Antiguo, we are close to shopping centers, the center of Surco and very complete health centers. Within walking distance you will find everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay: bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. We are waiting for you! Limit with Miraflores, Barranco 10 minutes to Larcomar and the Costa Verde.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. In the living-dining room you will find a glass table for 6 people, a super-equipped living room with comfortable furniture and a 55-inch Smart TV with Wi-Fi/Cable and a protected balcony. Kitchen with oven, large refrigerator, microwave, appliances and complete kitchenware. First bedroom has a comfortable QUEEN bed with headboard, Walking Closet, wall mirror, nightstand with lamp, ironing board with iron, laundry bin, trash can. Second and Third Bedroom, with comfortable 1.5-seater bed, wall mirror, closet. nightstands, shoe racks, dirty clothes bin, garbage can. We provide you with comfortable pillows, mattress covers, cotton sheets, towels, bedspreads and duvets in the bedrooms. The bathrooms have a Spanish shower with hot water and internal shelves. We provide you with shampoo, conditioner, shower soaps, hand gel and towels. Laundry with LG brand washer and internal clothesline
