"Wonderful, cozy room right off the main streets of downtown. The property owner has a great response time and is very accommodating and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable with amazing sheets! The bath tub in the bathroom is fantastic! My only recommendation to the host is to lower the temperature of the room or provide an updated box fan. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your lovely property!"

"Very beautiful and quiet place. My dogs were big fans of the outside porch and loved the trailers. It was a very peaceful place that we would love to come back. Steve your house was stocked with daily essentials and more truly you have thought of everything."

"We needed a place to stay near Livingston, TX for a family event. We have had poor experiences with chain hotels and looked to rent a VRBO that could accommodate my wife & I, our two children, and a grandparent. It is down a country dirt road and is behind a garage of sorts that seems to be associated with a venue rental on the property. There seemed to be an event going on while we were there and we hardly noticed. All communication with the host was prompt and professional.This place did the trick and we would stay here again. "
