"The apartment was terrific. Location was convenient for me. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was very good. I would like to give a 5-start review. Except for check-in and check-out. I flew into Stockholm with midnight arrival. But key is available several blocks away. And only until 10pm. Then, checking out, cannot leave the key until 9am. So, you cannot leave the apartment until then. For an air traveler on business, this is quite restrictive. And it requires carrying luggage...

"Först så var det smutsigt och slitet. En del saker var trasiga eller fungerade dåligt. (Köksblandaren och, den högst bristfälliga köksutrustningen) Brandvarnare saknades. Ingen möjlighet till mörkläggning (det som kanske kallades gardiner var ett skämt) Saknades helt förvaring för kläder. Inte ens krokar att hänga upp något på väggarna. Bara 2 stolar fast vi checkat in 3. Dörren glipade flera mm och hade det varit en kallare årstid hade det blivit kallt och dragit. Slutligen var det hål på...

"Terrible room condition, door lock not working, lot of hair everywhere, lot of dust, laundry machine very bad condition. Room keys were already misplaced, which was a security threat. The sink was not working. I left that room within two hours. Better to stay inside your car. "

"The place is secure and clean but we didnt have enough towels and even when i message them about it, they either took for ever to reply or was useless, so we spent 3 days without being able to shower"
