We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and the hot tub in the evenings. The view of Hood Canal is very pretty. The house is comfortable and a nice size for our group.

We enjoyed every amenity offered in our weekend stay! We kayaked, hot-tubbed, roasted marshmallows, watched for marine mammals and enjoyed the exquisite view! The property had everything we needed and the host was very flexible with our changing plans
The only slight problem was that the house was cold when we arrived at 7 in the evening. Other than that all went well.

The house was very nice, good accommodations, and great amenities in a stunningly beautiful location. We enjoyed the beach, kayaks, hot tub, fire pits and deck overlooking hood canal. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The host was super helpful making local arrangements prior to our visit and answering all our questions promptly. The only complaint we had was that the bed sheets were not clean in all the beds. We washed them ourselves with the laundry facilities in the home so it was easily remedied, but not ideal upon arrival. Also, it should be made clear that the 4th bedroom is over a detached garage. It is very close and a nice facility but technically a separate building.

The property manager was very prompt in answering our questions. The property was gorgeous and the ability to keep kids occupied was good. Plenty of water time, picked oysters off the beach, fished, etc.The property had plenty of outdoor seating unfortunately there were problems with the hot tub. The owner promptly refunded us for the lack of use. Beds were comfortable and the older kids even had their own space with the above garage room. Very private area. The use of the canoe, kayaks and small boat worked out well. Close to hiking trails. House was good. Big enough for a group of nine. This is a great place.

We had our family vacation here, with 8 adults and a 2 year old. The home was perfect for us. Each couple had their own private room, and the studio above the garage with the extra bed worked out well for the couple with the grandkid. Walking to the beach was a daily activity, with the 2 year old fascinated by the shells, crabs, and jellyfish that he found on shore, and the adults finding some oysters for dinner. The kayaks and canoes were a blast too. We shared big family meals on the patio every night, enjoyed the hot tub, and had s'mores at the firepit. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The home was a great location for a home base, as we drove daily to nearby state and national parks for hikes and beachcombing. We bought groceries at the market in Hoodsport, and were able to find everything that we needed (some things more expensive than home, but not unexpected for the relative remoteness of the area). The only suggestions I have is there needs to be a metal spatula for flipping burgers on the grill, and maybe some beach towels for the hot tub so the white towels don't go outside the house. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would stay here again.

The property was a dream come true. Perfect for what we were looking for. Everything was clean and tidy. The instruction manual and communication from the Property Manager (AV) was clear and helpful. They made us feel like they were glad for us to be staying there. 100% would recommend this property and any property from this manager.
