"Very convenient on the main street in Grand Lake, and we had a late arrival, which was handled perfectly and efficiently. Nice room, we've stayed in that same room before (we've stayed at this property six or seven times in recent years), the motel was full but there was still a parking spot for us in the lot. All good, the lady in the lobby at our late arrival gave all the instructions needed."

"Room was a comfortable size for a couple. Could be used for couple with children or 2 couples.Was wonderful being by the river.As noted before, the only bed that was not a pull out really should be replaced. Kitchen was generously furnished. Location walking distance to town, lake and hiking trails was excellent. Couple of miles to park entrance. So much to do here."
