The Pensacola Beach Resort

"Other than the very first person I dealt with (Mary Lee ?) and having to transfer after the first night, the stay was great. The assistant front desk manager, Ryan, advised he would make the incident better and corrected the issue. Desk clerk, Autum, was outstanding and had the incident taken care of faster than Ryan did, She was awesome. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed at this property. Clean and convenient to everything around."

"The staff make the hotel. They were always ready to go out of their way for you. Friendly, kind, and genuine. The only drawback to me was the bed pillows. I didn’t ask for different ones. Probably could’ve gotten several."
