Although we didn’t need to it was a lovely touch with the sign in the bathroom for complementary toiletries if you’d forgotten them. Towels soooo soft and choice of pillows for the bed."

"My stay was good someone helped with suitcase to room 8 as no lift Girl on reception was not sure about my request for walk in shower don't think she understood what I required Room had a walk in shower. Staff were excellent other than that"
