Great hotel great stay

Great hotel in the middle of town. Breakfast was super although very busy as the hotel was literally fully booked. They had a children's cinema with drink ticket complimentary in the evening.

The location is great with a number of items within walking distance. The little park across the street was a fun surprise, wish we had brought ping pong paddles and balls.

We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious! Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed. Be will definitely come back.

Super smooth stay with great staff.

Nice hotel. Nice Staff. Nice breakfast. Cosy lobby. Only thing is that the standard room is very small. But for a business stay with not much time spent in the room, it's no problem. Floor heating in bathroom is super comfy. All in all a very good value for the money.

There's plenty of room for improvement

Pretty good, renovated hotel. We've asked for a room at a higher level but we got a room with no view at all. The room we got (434) has not enough storage space for 2 people. The main closet was broken. Small bathroom with literally no space for toiletries. Wanna-be fridge in the room with space for fx. 4 beer bottles. The door of the wanna-be fridge was almost falling off. Comfy beds with clean linens and good pillows. The existing sofa wasn't in a good shape. Cozy dinning area with FABULOUS breakfast. The coffee machine wasn't working as it should - cappuccino and other specialities were cold. Polite housekeepers provided a good service. Reception staff - disappointing. We won't book agin.

Make sure you reserve in the upgraded side of the hotel. The other rooms are not updated and have no A/C (we were there when it was kind of hot). New rooms are pretty good but small. Breakfast was really good and everyone employee was very friendly. A family member had a problem with an old room and they upgraded them to the new ones right away. Great location
