"Really clean and comfortable and a great welcome from the hosts. Great recommendations for eating out nearby. They do evening meals if requested in advance. There are two saunas at the property which I didn't get to use but if I had the time, would have loved to. Breakfast was perfect. The fried eggs have to be tasted to be believed. I cant recommend this place any higher. Perfect."

"This was the third time we have visited this establishment for a 3-day visit. All the rooms are extraordinary as they are full of antiques, curios and books, and unusual decorative effects. Good base for visiting Brussels, Ghent and Brugges. Local restaurant/bar the Café Exter well worth a visit. Plenty of local parks for a gentle stroll. Thoroughly enjoyable break."
