"This was a great location to attractions and restaurants, nice room, great staff and the price point perfect. The room we selected was very small. There wasn’t enough space for two people to place two medium size rolling suitcases. It would have been helpful to have two folding luggage racks, especially if a couple is traveling together. Typically in the bath/showers there are shampoo/body wash etc. This was not a problem for us, just a difference from other hotels."

"Parking was great . Location was great . Lovely hotel . But at noon we wanted coffee and a cake in the large dining room off the reception . The waitress told us that we could only have coffee as the kitchen was closed . I told her that the two ladies on the next table just had cake served to them . She promptly told me that they knew the chef ! Not really acceptable for a 5 star hotel . She said the kitchen was open in half an hour ."

"Great place close to the train station. A little walk (5min) into the historic center, but it was perfect for me as someone traveling later in the evening with several bags from the train station. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed guidance for shipping a package home to the US and they offered to take it on for me due to a holiday and closures. I received clear communication from them until it was shipped out. Room was clean and nice with lovely view of the train station!"

"Fab modern room overlooking the river towards the city. The hotel has lovely sauna/ steam room facilities on the top floor by beware these are only open from 5 pm and not available if you want to use them in the morning. We chose not to eat in the hotel restaurant but at one of the many busy restaurants available locally. The lovely City of Bremen was a short walk along the river from the hotel, well worth doing. Secure Parking was available next the hotel at a very reasonable rate."
