"My family is in there and there is no people in charge. They didn't get to check inn for there is nobody. It is dirty and dusty. It is under construction it should not be post in hotels for it's dangerous to customer.."
"Expedia had this property listed with several room options . We chose the queen room with breakfast. Upon moving this booking into my wallet on my Iphone , i noticed it no longer mentioned breakfast being included . After contacting Expedia to find out what had happened,i was informed by their cust serv rep that the option of including the breakfast into our nightly rate was a posting mistake by Expedia. Because one of our requirements was to have the convenience of breakfast included at the...
"We paid 27€/night and I think this was quite good value. Location was a bit remote with most services situated in Alona Beach where you will need to take a ride (about 40 pesos) though we rather liked it this way rather then being right in the hustle and bustle. The place could really use a couple of sun beds since there aren't any. Service was extremely kind and helpful.
If you don't mind the location and the lack of sun beds I would definitely recommend."
"Thank you for your hospitality. We loved this resort and recommend to everyone. Clean, friendly, always responds quickly. You can stay here all day. Enjoy their meal, room massage, beach and everything. We had absolutely fantastic memories here. "
"Toilet smell,coachroaches/ants in the room, they should disinfect toilet and insectiside for insects before guest arrived, inconvenient transport to the hotel, staff are pleasant"

"The property is in a quiet position situated away from the highway.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and the rest of the hotel was very clean and maintained.
Very relaxing atmosphere at the pool, it wasn't busy and perhaps that made the stay so relaxing and enjoyable.
Definitely a place to stay again."
"Very enjoyable stay. I was greeted every time walking up to the front desk. Amazing hospitality at the resort. Monkey and duck feeding was very fun. The resort has a great restaurant on site serving a lot of options including Vegan options. They offer ride service to multiple attractions near by including Zipline, Dinner buffet boat ride, chocolate hills observation deck, chocolate hills, tarsier sanctuary and more. I will definitely visit again this place checked every box for a fun vacation or just a quick getaway. Thanks Loboc river resort and staff it was amazing to stay with everyone. "
"We found exactly what we are looking for at Villa Umi. Beachfront and tranquility were achieved. We are extremely thankful to all the staff, they are very friendly and warm. We enjoyed the sunrise for 2 days, and all resorts (neighbor) are walkable if you want to see some crowds and try other foods and check other souvenirs or activities. Again, Villa Umi is kinda private and quiet, so if you want to avoid crowds, this is the exact hotel you want to stay. Also, they said its not the peak season, so we're good.
In addition, They don't have private drive, you will share entrance with other guests entering Dumaluan beach resort/ pavilions, it's only a 3 to 4 min walk to Villa Umi. It's not a big issue at all, the staff carried all our luggage to the hotel.
For all activites, you just need to ask the staff at front desk, we did our private tour around Bohol (like zipline, Loboc cruise, Tarsier viewing, Chocolate Hills) first before we checked in, so our 2nd day is all about the sea, sunrise viewing, swimming, snorkeling, walk, eat, take pictures, sleep.

"We stayed at South Palms, now Oceanica, 8 years ago and enjoyed our stay then and still loved the place. Every staff were friendly and professional and were always willing to assist no matter what it was we needed. Due to the paying public being allowed access during the day, it was busier than normal. However, it wasn’t a deterrent for us enjoying ourselves. The location is amazing with long stretch of white sand beach for everyone to enjoy! Definitely will be returning to this place when we visit Bohol. "
