"We have been coming to this area (Slaughter Beach, Broadkill Beach, Cape Henopen, Lewes Beach) for about 15 years now. Hands down, this place was our favorite! We loved being able to walk over the bridge to restaurants, shops, and ice cream. My husband was super close to walk to bait store. The pool was awesome and the view from pool and patio amazing! The apt was recently updated. We loved hanging outside on patio. Neighbors were super friendly. We hope to return! Oh, and Andrea was super accommodating with our check in!"

"This house was in a great location and was large enough that we thought we'd be comfortable and happy here. However, the house was clearly cosmetically updated to cover up how broken it is. First, the kitchen has a ton of unfinished wood counters. They were already starting to fray just from our use over the weekend. Why would you put unfinished wood as a kitchen counter? The dining room table was also unfinished and the entire setup was super uncomfortable. The bathroom upstairs had a shower that was falling apart. We found bits and pieces of cut wire, screws, and lots of evidence of recent work on the house. But why wouldn't you clean these things out? The water temperature was barely warm. There was a jacuzzi bath but it was cold when we got it and the water was just running lukewarm. For the cost? This place was a total ripoff. "
