"Let's start with asking for extra pillows when we checked in. We had to call down 2 hours later because they forgot. 2nd - we were on 4th floor and the music by the 3rd floor pool was so loud it woke us up both mornings and pool isn't open. 3rd go to pool take out tumblers and we were told no we could not take them in there yet there are lots of people in there with them and more coming in with tumblers. Ask our waitress she says it's at the discretion of the person who checks you in. Why if I have same tumblers as everyone else. 4th use the iron in room and its black on the bottom and get stuff all over our clothes. Call for a new iron to front desk. We waited 45 min no iron. Finally called housekeeping and they come in 10 mins and also had to replace the empty lotion container. We go and stay alot of places but this was by far my worst experience at the Nugget."

"The location of this property is an A+ and you can easily walk to all the restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortablea and the rooms were quiet and modern, I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Ocean Springs. Our only negative is that the water pressure is not good, showering took forever due to this."

"Our entire family had a blast!! It was our kids first time and they loved the arcade and swimming area!! Will definitely be returning! "

"Checking in and getting into our room was a nightmare, too far a distance between parking and elevators reception way too noisy to hear what anybody was saying"

"Staff was friendly. Parking was convenient to outside facing room. Room was clean. Breakfast was better than many hotels in this class."

"The room was clean and private! This is a unique property. Check in was smooth, and there are a lot of shops within walking distance. We will definitely stay again."

"Check in was not organized at all. Nit enough help at check in counter. No microwave in rooms unless you pay for one. Rooms could be cleaner. I will stay at another casino hotel next time. And I think the word resort is taken lightly because I have stayed on resorts that were worthy of saying it's a resort. And the service at restaurants were long waits for service. And when u dint have continental breakfast you should make sure I have in my room whats needed to make my own as a resort. At least a microwave."

"We had 2 rooms. Ground Floor room had roaches. Second floor room had bed bugs. Daughter woke up after second night with bites on her arms and legs. When we checked out the lady at the desk just gasped an SSI we are due for pesticide treatments. Won’t be going back there."
