The immaculately clean apartment is the bottom floor of a rustic Swiss chalet overlooking the farm and rolling hills. The location is stunning where the only sounds you hear are distant cow bells and sheep. Simon and Beatrice were friendly, kind and supportive from the time we contacted them to when we left. "Enjoyed a lot our stay in nearby Fribourg. Great location close to the highway and all amenities. Apartment was clean. Family was quiet and the only noises we heard came from the farm close by. The view of the fields in front of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Only downside for us: the pillows that were too flat and could be replaced. We would certainly go back if needed. "

"This nice, well equipped apartment was perfect for our needs. Close to the #3 tram and several bus lines. Getting around most of Bern was easy. One thing though.. all stores are closed on Sundays. Plan ahead because the only open grocery stores are in the train station with limited selections and very crowded. Also be sure to check the Swiss holiday schedule. We got surprised by unexpected closings a couple of times."
