"The host was wonderful and welcoming. So many helpful tips about what to see, where to go, what not to miss. Don’t forget to avail yourself of his unique pulley system for your luggage. A lot easier than lugging up several flights of a spiral staircase. The gentleman we interacted with (owner) is so proud of his city, his B&B, and his COFFEE! He’s an expert at all three. I’ll miss awakening each morning without the latter. A delightful place and host. "

(Second place is finding a way to move around Sicily which lets you arrive on time.) "Nice hotel, the room was refurbished and in perfect condition. The breakfast is on the roof offering a beautiful morning view and the buffet was generous and good. The road can be a bit noisy on the morning but nothing dramatic. Very well located, we could access very nice beaches, San Vito, Erice etc very easily. Also, there is a very nice pizzeria and agriturismo walking distance from the hotel. Very good value for money. "
