Steps away from major restaurants, shopping. Spa wellness center was a key highlight. Breakfast had plenty of options and was very fresh. "The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift. "

"Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee. Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees. Great pool "

"Excellent hotel. Right by the railway station but only about five/six minutes’ walk to the Centro Storico. Very quiet. Big and spacious rooms. Staff very polite and helpful. Big selection for breakfast. Pool and seating area outside ideal for a swim or just to sit and read. Absolutely recommended. "
