"Place smells like mildew from the moment you walk in.Pubic hair EVERYWHERE.Mildew all inside the home and bathrooms.Got a room that was different than pictured.No washer and dryer as listed.No iron or ironing board as listed.Extra fees charged for a 1 person stay as “additional guest”.Non-responsive host. Hours and hours without a response. Even days without a response.He only responds once you contact VRBO support.He lists amenities that are not there then tampers with the listing and denies...

"The house is located in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ease of parking in the neighborhood. And most things are walkable to. The house itself was comfortable, yet it was a bit dusty. The great was good and the bathrooms served us well. Our only concern was the upkeep of the house in general. Things just felt about ramshackle. We give the place four stars."

"House has some nice old charm. It worked for the purpose of our stay."

"The place was adorable and clean but had a very musty smell and tons of tiny ants, even in bathroom. The flooring was separting, probably from poor installation. "

"Short walk to the LIRR, restaurants, a mall and Starbucks. We rarely needed to drive and the driveway was easy to use and our rental van was safe. Quiet neighborhood too! "

"Extremely nice home. Great location. Within walking distance to food, stores and 2/5 train. Never had an issue with street parking. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. Home was well equipped! Excellent hospitality from the host! We will definitely be returning!! "
