"Staff were lovely and accomidating, definitely not a four star hotel though. The property being in the east of berlin makes it not ideally located if youre hoping to do touristy activites( that is on myself for not checking the location) and the building itself might be more attractive with a pool or something. We had a comfortable stay but for the price paid i expected more."

Housekeeping knocks on your door daily at 8am, and will knock once and enter, and even not knock at all and enter your room! There is signage everywhere encouraging you to keep track of your valuables as theft is a possibility. We were held hostage when checking out because we left our room untidy! How ridiculous is this!
