"The property is lovely, lots of flowers and a very nice pool and sun deck. Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom is spacious and well appointed. We had dinner there and were very surprised at the quality of the meal. Breakfast was very nice and the service was great. We recommend il Borgo!"

"As a very experienced traveler with hundreds and hundreds of hotel nights, I dare to say that this is a place that reaches the top ten of good hotel experiences. "It’s a beautiful small property with a very cool design. Fairly rustic though and with a bit of a farmhouse feel and therefore maybe not for everyone. Managers and owners Giacomo and Paola are both fantastic. Giacomo in particular was a superstar, passionately speaking about the wines of the winery and the region, giving us great restaurant recommendations and really going above and beyond with a smile. "

"The house is located in a very beautiful and quiet area surrounded by lemon plantations and small mountains. The pool area is really nice with a wooden terrace and shaded areas - but is a bit too small if there are three families at the same time. But we almost didn't get to experience that. There is only one room in the house with an open upper floor, which got very hot at night because there is only AC in the lower room. We got a fan though and that helped a bit. The kitchen is a bit scratchy...

"When we booked the property, our priority was firstly a pool so that our six year old daughter could further her swimming progress. Secondly we wanted to be central so we could visit Naxos, Mt Etna and Palermo. The property is central but sadly upon arrival, we were greeted to the sight of the very friendly female caretaker washing the dirty terrace and a very grumpy male caretaker fishing insects out of the pool which was filthy. "Si tratta di un bell'agriturismo immerso completamente nel silenzio di un bosco e con una meravigliosa vista sulla vallata, l’accoglienza è stata impeccabile, le camere pulite e molto comode, ottimo punto d’appoggio per potersi spostare nei vari paesi vicini è molto caratteristici. "The resort was beautiful and very clean. The back drop of Mt Etna and the golf course made for incredible views. The wifi worked in all of yhe outdoor spaces and the spa was incredible. The outdoor wading pool made for a very relaxing afternoons and early evening."

"An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. Only small points of feedback - the hotel sometimes felt understaffed, particularly at the pool bar during the day. The only other thing was the dated entertainment system in the room which you might expect to be a bit more modern for a hotel of this calibre. Otherwise a brilliant hotel all around. "
