"Place was dirty , finger prints on walls , no investment what so ever , no body soap to wash hands , no toilet paper , no towels , no pots either . told by host it was a last minute change due to he not being aware of multiple apps . Also host wasn’t aware of payment process on day two . Basically trying to charge me again . Be aware of false advertising and make sure to get pictures of inside apartment which he had none , only pool area pictures. "

"The hotel is very nice, clean, and well located. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for two extra weeks. The only unusual issue we experienced was that our room lost electricity for a period of time due to a technical problem that could not be clearly explained. Fortunately, the staff did their best to assist us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would consider returning."

"Hotel Casa Candela near Sopetrán, Antioquia, exceeded expectations. The property is gated, beautifully maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful mountain views. We stayed in the Superior Villa, and the mountain view from the villa was one of the highlights of the stay. The private hot tub was also a really nice touch and made the villa feel even more comfortable and relaxing. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were helpful, courteous, and efficient. Room service was awesome, and the food was excellent. The facilities were another major highlight, especially the pool and spa. I especially want to give a shout out to the spa staff, who exceeded service expectations. Even if you are not staying overnight, the hotel seems like a great option for a day pass to enjoy the pool and facilities. Overall, the experience felt well worth the price, and I would definitely return."
