"Parking was good"

"The hotel was pretty good. Most public areas were kept clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The furniture needs updating. The couch had a huge stain across the back ~1 foot long. The beds were very firm and hard to get comfortable in. The pool had some weird film floating on it. The breakfast was about what you would expect. "

"Check in was not good, front desk girl was not as friendly as I would expect. And also, all of the front desk trolleys were taken up with boxes and supplies for the hotel. The front desk clerk told me I needed to go up to one of the upper floors and get my own trolley. Or she told me that she would unload one but it would take a while because she was the only one there. The lady before me just unloaded the boxes from one of the trolleys and took it. Then when we got to our room the hallway carpet was atrociously dirty and needs to be replaced, there were holes and spots. In our room the tub also had patches missing inside the tub , along with the furniture being scratched up and missing corners. We chose this hotel because it had an 8+ rating, but there is no way I would give it that rating, it was more like a 6. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I didn't want other people choosing this hotel because of the rating that does not line up with the hotel."

"The cabin was beautiful and immaculate. Had everything we needed. Will definitely want to stay here again"

"Property looked nothing like the picture on expedia. It wax messy and I had to knock on a room door to check in. It took her a while to answer me. The room had one washcloth snd one bath nat. I had to go search to find someone for towels. Not impressed. Will not be staying here again. Expedia needs to check out these properties before including them on their site."

"Clean, comfortable, excellent customer service, quiet and my opinion safe. No issues with anything. Pool isn't ready for the season so call ahead if that's what you're looking for. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, 2 types of waffles, cereal, toast, some pastries, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. There were a few other things as well, just can't remember them all. First time I think I've seen a place that started breakfast at 5:30 on a Sunday. Lady at the front desk made sure breakfast stayed stock and area was very clean. We talked to the ladies at the front desk a few times, very professional and helpful. "

"Perfectly clean and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Weight room looked great. Looked like a standard unhealthy breakfast : ) HA. Don't ever eat any. Would definitely stay here again!"
