"There were a lot of people making a lot of noise. It was not a good sleep. The room was fine. The door slamming constantly I was put on the same floor that there was a group large group meeting and I think most people were staying on the same floor."

"This is a boarding house, everything is self service. If you know BEFORE you book, you will be happier. No one onsite but the maid, maybe. The WIFI does not work, some rocking chairs have damage, there are boards that have popped up. There is ONE AC for downstairs and ONE AC for upstairs, (no individual ACs in your room) so you hope others like the temperature you or others select. The property is 2 story amond other multi-story buildings. There are parking garages around the property and many of the people with muscle cars like to rev their engines at all hours of the day. Its cheap to stay here, you will need to pay a $10 fee for cleaning even after you book your reservation as this is an additional fee for some reason. All the locks are wireless and if you do not pay the $10 fee, there is a threat to lock you out of your room. I never rented a bike, the dishwasher was broken "Out of Order", again WIFI broken, my bed was loud and noisy when I turned over. Its cheap, but it is also cheaply maintained. You get what you pay for."

"Property was right downtown the breakfast was amazing !!!! The rooms clean parking across the street is $10 if valet is more than you want to spend. Room cleaning is every other day unless you'd like them to clean more often you can request. Staff is friendly."
