"Excellent value for money hotel. Not ideal if staying for a period that requires a lot of clothes - no wardrobe or proper hanging space in the room. Not an issue for me as it was a short stay. Would use again."

"Hotel looked incredible from the outside. Very welcoming and staff were friendly. The room wasn’t ready on time, which was frustrating, especially as other guests were constantly arriving and being assigned their rooms. An apology would have been nice, but it wasn’t the end of the world, we went to eat in the restaurant in the meantime. When we got to the room, it was dated but the amenities you would expect were there. Bathroom was clean and well equipped and looked out of place as it was very modern. The room itself was clean and comfortable for the few nights we spent in it. The tv was ancient and didn’t work, but we had an iPad to watch films which helped. Overall, the hotel is clean and friendly and has everything you need, it just needs a revival. The check in issue was annoying but didn’t spoil what was otherwise a good stay "

"Claustrophobic elevator. Not enough pillows. No staff to deal with late arrivals. No tv, clock, bathroom amenities, no lobby. The guy in the breakfast area was great. Friendly and helpful. "

"What I didn't realize when I booked was that the room was above stables. It surprisingly didn't smell at all inside the room, but the horses wake up with the sun and it be quite loud from 6am.. Otherwise the room was new, very clean, the staff were very nice."

"I am staying in this hotel periodically for last 3 years and I am always happy to get back. Staff is nice and location of hotel is ideal - less than a minute to underground station that gets you anywhere in the city. Can fully recommend."
