"The hotel is beautiful! Wonderful decor, great outdoor heated booths and the hotel/bedrooms area is incredible. Fantastic clean, beautifully decorated room with an expensive optional fan (great in hot weather); vanity mirror x2 which is perfect for doing make up; THE comfiest bed/bed linen we have ever experienced. Staff so lovely too! Food looked great but didn’t experience as was booked up (not surprised in slightest). We are definitely returning when we visit the Rhondda again 😊"

"A lovely couple of days at The Swan whilst checking many of the book shops in town. The hotel is very welcoming and all the staff were very pleasant."

"The hotel is quiet with extensive areas for guests. The Leisure suite is excellent with sauna, steam room and a spacious, well equipped gym. Breakfast has lots of choice although the options have definitely been reduced since we were last there 6-8 years ago. Parking is plentiful and the views across the valley are beautiful. The hotel is a substantial building and in places it's becoming a bit tired. However, we slept extremely well without any noise or disturbance. The limited staff are extremely hard working and deserve praise for multi-tasking. It's an easy walk into town"

"Really nice stay. The only downside was the 7 minute walk to the nearest car park. Not a big thing I know but further than I anticipated"
