On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the edge of the forest. Private: natural state property 12 ha, garden 600 m2, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 1.6 km. Large walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (1 x 150 cm), dining table, kitchen corner and shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed.
