"Would have given 5 stars were it not for the washer and dryer unit that stained clothing during the stay. Wanted instructions and information. The property manager couldn’t provide. Also provide basic information such as where to put trash (not a lot of it). Great location, safe, secure, but communication between VRBO and 3rd Party vendor too confusing and lots of deferring providing info. "

"Everything was fine, apartment was nice, checkin fine, except that the apartment faces an inner courtyard with only a walkway between the next building and they are doing exterior renovations with scaffolding right across including using power equipment all day on Mon-Thurs starting at 8am. Apartment manager management says sorry, nothing we can do, but the noise makes the apartment unbearable on weekdays during the day, until they get their work done. Theres no mention of this in the...
