"2 bottles of water, "hope you enjoy your stay". was $6 each. No other water in the room aside from tap. Other hotels, far less elegant, gave customers water at no charge. Reception desk person early morning, when asked about the shuttle parked in from ran to the airport and how often and what time, didn't know "ask the door man" ( if you can fine him ). it was 6:00 a.m. and we were going to catch and early flight."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Minneapolis. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I would be happy to stay at again.
