Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom home is the perfect place to call home for your next mid-term rental. Located just 10 minutes from downtown and within 1 block of public transport. Within walking distance to Masterson Station Park and also the bike trails off Citation Blvd. The home is fully furnished and includes everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and free wifi.
Guest access
You'll have full and exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd floors including the front and back porches. The basement is currently not part of the listing. Other things to note
Property is located inside a neighborhood with HOA. Please be mindful of the neighbors and the children in the area. No large gatherings are allowed. Extra guest rules and charges apply to any additional overnight guests.
