Located on a dead end street. Five minutes from the airport, Fayette Mall, Keeneland. Ten minutes to Rupp Arena, downtown. 6,000 square feet of tastefully decorated bliss. 2 king, 4 queen, 2 bunk w/ futon. 5 full baths and 2 half baths. 5 fireplaces. Dedicated office with library. Stocked kitchen. Indoor and outdoor seating/dining. Loaded basement with exercise room, gaming, hot tub, bar. 2 laundry rooms. Premium bedding and 4k smart tv in every room. 2 car garage
Basic house rules as follows.
All guests in group will be registered by name and age prior to check in. All vehicles make and model will also be registered prior to check in.
Parking for up to 4 vehicles maximum.
12 guest maximum with no exceptions or additions of guests
Absolutely no street parking is allowed.
No smoking or vaping on the property is permitted. No parties or events can be hosted.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8 AM daily.
Please be respectful of our neighbors when coming to and from the property.

Beautiful property, well maintained and clean. Lots of room. Great kitchen! Location is excellent for most anything in Lexington including the airport, Keeneland, UK, football stadium, and downtown. Excellent communication with host.The only limitation for our group was room for just 4 cars in the garage and driveway. As we had people arriving from multiple places, we had too many cars, but this is unlikely to affect many rental parties.

Mike was very on top of communication and when one of the smoke alarms had a dead battery he had someone out there within minutes to stop the chirping. Appreciate the space as the photos don't do justice to the size and openness of the home.

The Bluegrass Boujie is a beautiful home located just outside downtown Lexington. It is a perfect stay for a group of 10 to 12 people, and everything was very clean. There are also plenty of fun activities like darts, ping-pong, and wiffle ball. The check-in process was very easy, and it is located right next to a supermarket with all the essentials. One thing of note, it is located in a family neighborhood, so quiet hours are enforced, so just be mindful that if you have a loud group. Overall, would highly recommend this stay.

Annual Men's Memorial Golf Weekend

Absolutely fantastic home and the host was exceptional. It is no surprise that all ratings are a 10! The house is perfect for large adult groups. We had 11 men, all able to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was huge and well stocked with utensils, etc. The lower level, hot tub and basketball court were great as well. The location of the house is excellent. You cannot go wrong staying at this property while visiting the Lexington area.

Great place to stay, close to the action. Quiet and safe sleeps.

Great location for a turning 50 gathering. 15 minutes from city center. Close to the university. Clean. Comfy beds. Great kitchen for cooking. Warm places to gather in from of the fire places. They had coffee maker, pods, ice, water filter. Host left magazines and snacks.

Amazing Home

My husband and I celebrated his 49th Birthday in Kentucky for the Bourbon Trail with 12 of our closest friends. We found this home and immediately loved the name. It lives up to the boujeeness that we all love. The host was amazing and was available anytime I had a question. This home will spoil you! I would definitely recommend this home and we will rent again.

Birthday Celebration

The property is as described in the listing. Pictures are accurate, clean well appointed house that has every thing you will need. We had 12 adults and property has plenty of space to gather together or to have space of your own. Owner was great to work with. Neighbors were great as well!! Great place for family gatherings!

This house was perfect for our family of 12 that spanned three generations. The kitchen was outstanding and made big family meals easy. The entire house is well designed and well thought out. We made use of the great room all day long, playing games, talking and watching sports. It was perfect house for us all to be together.

Lexington Headquarters

This home is an excellent place to stay for a weekend visit in Lexington. The house is spacious, has plenty of great touches, and is ideally located near distilleries, Keeneland, and the airport.

This property has it all and was perfect for our large group of 9 - the kitchen was a dream to prepare meals in and the game room and hot tub and all it had to offer kept us entertained and having a great time!

Excellent location for the Bourbon Chase relay

Twelve of us ran the Bourbon Chase relay this past weekend and this house was absolutely perfect to use as our home base. Because of the way the race is set up, we were able to come back between the 2nd and 3rd leg to shower and catch a few hours of sleep. It was the perfect place to gather and cook dinner the night before we started. The only suggestion we had for the well stocked kitchen is to have a larger pan in which to cook pasta. The multiple options for coffee were much appreciated and the water dispenser was a pleasant surprise. Michael was exceptionally quick to respond to questions, especially when we had a small concern. There is plenty of space, comfortable beds and the house was very, very clean. My only beef is that we didn't spend enough time there to really appreciate the house. If we do the relay again or decide to come back to Lexington area, we would love to enjoy this property again. I would give it six stars if possible!

An excellent property!

This house was amazing. It fit all the criteria we needed. Communication with host was flawless. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would without question stay here again, perfect for a medium to large sized group!

Beautiful Home/Location

Great home and location. Short drive (under 1 hr) to the majority of distilleries. Plenty of room for the 11 of us and everyone loved the room in the house. Ping-pong and dart board offered some great family tournaments! Love the home and would visit again!

Everything worked perfectly in this great house with a phenomenal kitchen and game room area. Host was very pleasant and friendly. Convenient to Bourbon Trail and lots of fun stuff in Lexington. Great house

House is beautiful with so much in it! Extremely well stocked and plenty of extras like games, rooms, rooms and more rooms. The hidden pantry was a great surprise. Only drawback is the limited parking.

Lovely

Although the property was a bit further from the horse park then we would have liked, the house was perfect for our group. We ended up not even using our dinner reservations and carrying in , enjoying meals on the outside deck. There were many amenities that we never even used, but certainly will next time. Michael was prompt in responding to questions. Will will happily stay again!
