"After my son and I checked out I realized I had left my earrings and ring in the room. I went back to the property and the lady in charge of housekeeping let me back in my room and was searching with me. My son realized that he had grabbed something off the dresser and my jewelry went flying. The employee was on her hands and knees searching with me. She called the maintenance guy and he even moved the furniture. They told me I could look as long as I wanted. We found my earrings but no luck on my ring. Shortly after I left I received a phone call that they had found my ring. I’m so impressed with their customer service and the kindness they showed. I wish I remembered the ladies name that helped me because she was great! I can’t thank her enough! "
